The star looks gaunt here…like a stiff wind could blow him away. That gauntness is in his face, too, which seems drawn up into a kind of grim rictus. Again, it’s possible that he is preparing for another role that requires an extreme physical makeover. It’s even possible that he just looks different because he’s getting older. Nonetheless, the different appearance has caused concern and speculation on social media.
