She decided to keep things simple by rocking a black minidress and stockings. Both of those are staples of class and elegance, but because Mindy is Mindy, she decided to spice her outfit up with a few extras.
For example, her high heels gave her an extra few inches and helped her rock a killer strut that turned more than a few heads. Moreover, the asymmetrical dress design allowed her to show off a slender shoulder even as she stunted and flexed on us with her awesome legs. Kaling’s got serious main character energy in photos from that night, and we love to see this talented star really feeling herself!
Showing off her beach body
Did you know that some people’s weight loss motivation can be summed up in two little words? That’s right: the beach. Loose shirts, sweaters, and other garments do a great job of hiding whether we’ve been snacking when we should be exercising. But nothing can hide that extra flab when we hit the sand wearing nothing but a bathing suit. Judging from her beach photos, though, it doesn’t look like Mindy Kaling has anything at all to hide!
Back in May 2023, Kaling entered into an unexpected business venture: designing stylish new swimwear with Andie Swim. After designing some cute new swimsuits, Kaling participated in a photoshoot meant to show off her sexy new designs. For example, she invested in and serves as an ambassador for the skincare brand Lion Pose. That brand is sold by Sephora, and Kaling performed her ambassadorial duties by attending Sephora’s SEPHORiA event in Atlanta in September 2024. She was there to help sell makeup, but it was likely difficult for anyone there to focus on anything except Kaling herself.
That’s because she showed up with a strapless red dress that naturally drew the eye to her stunning body. Additionally, Mindy Kaling wore stockings that accentuated her toned legs while naturally drawing the eye down to her platform heels. Sephora was hoping that everyone in attendance would show up wearing something completely glamorous. Leave it to Kaling to show everyone in attendance exactly how it was done!
Looking sleek and slim at a Hollywood premiere
While she’s had several successful business ventures, Mindy Kaling is, first and foremost, an actor. Therefore, she attends plenty of premieres, and she always manages to dress her best. Still, we can’t help but think she outdid herself when she attended Hulu’s Deli Boys premiere in February 2025. Kaling isn’t actually involved in the show, but she decided to support it in style by wearing a black leather dress that made her look like a sexy extra right out of The Matrix.
Of course, it’s possible that the savvy Kaling wanted to do more than just make a good impression on everyone. A few months later, it was announced that Kaling had found a director for her feature film adaptation of the book Hana Khan Carries On. The movie will be directed by Deli Boys director Fawzia Mirza, so we wouldn’t be surprised if the plucky Kaling managed to mix business and pleasure by bending Mirza’s ear at the premiere.

Remember Mindy Kaling’s breathtaking look when she went out for a night on the town in New York City? Well, she decided to do it again, going out the very next night in another killer ‘fit. And if anything, this next look is even wilder and more stunning than the last one!
